Process

The Mesa Communities Learning in Partnership (CLIP) Initiative team has determined a process for driving needed changes.

• Identify individual and organizational barriers
• Take actions to remove the barriers 
• Effect permanent system outcomes
• Achieve desirable student outcomes

To accomplish the changes, teams have been convened from the partner institutions and community stakeholders.

• The Core Leadership Team oversees the planning process, prepares the implementation proposal and develops strategies for community-wide support.
• The Program and Alignment Team will focus on programs and partnerships to develop sustainable structures to achieve student success.
• The Data Team will measure progress toward the goal and collect data and information to guide the planning process and development of strategies to achieve student success.

• The Policies and Practices Team will identify policies and practices that impede student success and develop supportive and effective postsecondary policies.
