To accomplish the changes, teams have been convened from the partner institutions and community stakeholders.

The Core Leadership Team oversees the planning process, prepares the implementation proposal and develops strategies for community-wide support.

The Program and Alignment Team will focus on programs and partnerships to develop sustainable structures to achieve student success.

The Data Team will measure progress toward the goal and collect data and information to guide the planning process and development of strategies to achieve student success.

The Policies and Practices Team will identify policies and practices that impede student success and develop supportive and effective postsecondary policies.
